New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association (Newlife 330)
New Life is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with mental health challenges. They offer rehabilitation programs, residential services, community support, and employment assistance. Additionally, they provide education and awareness initiatives to reduce stigma and promote understanding. The association also offers family support services. Their goal is to empower individuals with mental health conditions, promote recovery, and facilitate community integration.

1. Dayday330 Well-being & Sports Carnival @ Cyberport by New Life (30/3/2024 Saturday)
The event will take place at Cyberport on 30 March 2024, Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The Carnival revolves around the theme of 'Five Ways to Promote Physical, Mental, and Spiritual Well-being,' including, 'moving your body', 'staying curious and engaged', 'connecting with others', 'continuous learning', and 'practicing benevolence'. The event combines workshops, booth games, performances, and talks that incorporate elements of exercise and holistic well-being. Participants will also have the opportunity to experience '330 mini breaks' through various forms of physical activity, encouraging them to be mindful of their current physical and mental states. The goal is to cultivate the habit of taking '330 mini breaks' and promote holistic well-being in body (3), mind (3), and spirit (0), which is an idea originated from 'Dayday330' - an annual public mental health promotion activity launched by the New Life Mental Health Association (New Life Association).
